A consortium of investigators from multiple RePORT networks has come together to become the TB RePORT International Coordinating Center (TB-RICC). The leadership group (LG) is comprised of the Executive Committee (EC) and TB-RICC PIs. The LG will have responsibility for strategic directions, research priorities, fiscal management, and coordination with the funding agencies. Working Groups (WG) will house and distinguish the clinical and research areas of expertise – Clinical Epidemiology, Translational Science – Host, Translational Science – Bacteria, Engagement (managing coordination with other networks), Data Harmonization, and Analytics. The EC will be the primary scientific decision-making body, with three members from each RePORT consortium – one selected by the LG from the pool of WG co-chairs, and two elected by each consortium to further represent them at the EC level. In addition to the annual meeting, a second in-person meeting of the EC will take place at the yearly Union meeting. The LG will have a monthly phone call with the donor, the EC will have a monthly call, and the WGs will have calls monthly and as needed.
