Sara Suliman

Sara Suliman is an assistant professor at the University of California, San Francisco, Division of Experimental Medicine. She has a PhD in Immunology from the University of Toronto investigating the role of Notch signaling in T cell development and leukemogenesis. She then transitioned to infectious disease immunology and worked as a postdoctoral fellow at the South African TB Vaccine Initiative, University of Cape Town, and then at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School. Dr. Suliman’s research focuses on defining host correlates and mechanisms of progression to TB disease.
