Dr. Dobos, Professor, Colorado State University, has studied the use of exosomes to exploit low- abundance mycobacterial products for detection in host fluids, and employed novel development of separation techniques for sample processing and state of the art targeted mass spectrometry assay development. She will evaluate a protein/peptide biosignature of serum exosomes for the diagnosis of symptomatic TB (Cohort A) and subclinical and incipient TB (Cohort B).
