Francesca Escaleira, MBA, MPH. is the Administrative Director for the Division of Infectious Diseases and the Center for Emerging Pathogens. She has over 20 years of experience with NIH post-awards management, subcontracting, monitoring contract performance and fiscal regulations at Rutgers University.

Francesca is available to provide expertise and advice during the conduct of TBRU. She is currently involved in several large NIH contracts and awards. She provides high-level administrative support with Rutgers institutional offices and subcontractors.
