Daphne Martin serves as the RePORT International Program Manager at the Administrative Core of TB RICC. With an M.A. in International Relations from Webster University, Geneva, and 16 years of international experience across India, Germany, and Switzerland, she has been integral to the RePORT consortium since 2018.

In her role, Daphne manages strategic communications between RICC, consortium members, funding agencies, and partner organizations. She coordinates all administrative operations, including executive meetings, stakeholder engagement, and quarterly network reporting. Daphne leads the planning and execution of the consortium’s annual meetings and leadership gatherings, working closely with the Director of Global Operations and RICC Leadership Group. She also oversees marketing communications, website content development, and maintains critical operational infrastructure for the program.

Based in Chennai, India, Daphne brings expertise in international project coordination, stakeholder management, and program operations to advance TB RICC’s mission.
